Accurately weigh SEBS/SBS elastomer, softening plasticizer, and fillers. Mix at high speed (100ºC~120ºC) to form a homogeneous premix.
Feed premix into twin-screw extruder at 160ºC~190ºC. Extrude into pellets convenient for subsequent injection molding.
Sheet heated to 120ºC~150ºC and vacuum-pressed against car-specific molds for high precision fit.
Fine trimming removes excess edges, maintaining an error margin within ±0.5mm.
Application of anti-slip patterns or wear-resistant coatings to enhance friction and durability.
Rigorous checks for dimensional accuracy, appearance defects, and mechanical strength before packaging.
