SEBS/SBS elastomers are weighed and stirred at 100ºC~120ºC for 5~8 minutes to ensure a homogeneous premix.
Premix is fed into twin-screw extruders at 160ºC~190ºC, then cooled and cut into uniform TPE pellets.
TPE sheets are heated to 120ºC~150ºC and vacuum-pressed into customized molds for perfect model fitting.
Automatic trimming machines remove excess edges with error control within ±0.5mm.
Anti-slip pattern pressing and wear-resistant coating application enhance sole friction and durability.
Strict dimensional accuracy, appearance defect inspection, and mechanical performance sampling are performed.
