Frequently Asked Questions
What is the warranty period for this EV adapter?
The warranty is 12 months. During this period, we provide technical support and replacement parts for free.
What's the difference between a Movable Charger and a Wallbox Charger?
The main difference is the protection level. Wallbox chargers are usually IP54 (suitable for outdoors), while many movable chargers are IP43, which are not recommended for use in rainy weather outdoors.
How do I know which EV charger I need?
It is best to choose based on your vehicle's On-Board Charger (OBC). For example, if your OBC is 3.3KW, your vehicle will only charge at 3.3KW even with a 7KW or 22KW charger.
Do you test the goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct 100% testing on all products before they are dispatched to ensure quality and safety.
Can you produce items based on samples?
Yes, we can manufacture products according to your samples or technical drawings, including the creation of molds and fixtures.
How does an AC EV charger work?
An AC charging post outputs AC power. The vehicle's internal OBC (On-Board Charger) then rectifies this voltage to charge the battery. Power is typically limited by the OBC's capacity.
