Can I take sample order first?
YES, We welcome sample order to test and checking the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What is the lead time?
Sample need about 1-5 days. Large formal order need about 3-25 days, depending on the final order quantity.
What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods with brown carton box using export standard packing. We check box quality before delivery to ensure safety.
How do you deliver goods to customers?
For small orders, we advise express delivery (DHL, FEDEX, EMS, UPS). For large volume products, we suggest shipping by sea to lower freight costs.
What are your terms of payment?
We accept TT, Western Union, Paypal, and Alipay. Usually 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery.
