What are your terms of payment?
Paypal, Western Union, T/T in advance, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, the specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. 3-5 days for samples or small orders, and bulk orders for 25-30 days after receiving payment.
Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery to ensure quality standards.
What is the warranty period?
We are responsible for replacing a new unit or repairing it within two years if there are any faults (excluding human damage). Meanwhile, we provide technical service for fixable issues.
